Every sunrise

And every sunset

With you.

The world melts away

When I sit

In Peace

This poem
Has no determinable meter
And is even missing punctuation
But I don't care

That part
Is there
Because I love
The way you laugh!

But I'll keep
This chaotic word salad going
Because I love it
When you smile!

And I know
That your eyes shine
When you
Think of me

So you can come
back here at any given
time

And think of me

And laugh

And smile

Gifts to Loved Ones

I'm a big fan of actually MAKING gifts that I give to people.  Often, if it's a gift that I don't actually make, it's a gift that one can make something WITH (tools, musical instruments, clay, legos, cooking stuff, etc).  The reason is, I think gifts should be "personal", so I try to give things that are either directly "personal", or things that people can use to express their identity and talents.

These are some of the things I've made as gifts for people.
